One-part entrepreneur, one-part owner, equal parts original and resolute, Cody carved his path to self-employment after years in corporate America. In 2015, Cody founded The Ultimate Workbench, which later became Badass Workbench, and he’s been changing the status quo of the industry ever since. SARAH SLEICHER: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
In this role she oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable. During her five years, she’s upgraded accounting processes, created internal policies and procedures, and maintained various office duties. Before this role she was a financial analyst at a local manufacturing company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. RUBEN RODRIGUEZ: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Ruben Rodriguez is the magician behind the curtain welding the finest product for our customers and managing production. He has an Associate Degree in welding technology. He’s detail oriented and committed to engineering the ultimate product for you. In his spare time he enjoys building and welding any type of farm project, being outdoors, and going to the horse races.
